Our company was founded by J.D. Miller and Britny Miller, a husband-and-wife team who combine frontline experience, healthcare knowledge, and the mindset of dedicated service professionals.
J.D. Miller — Co-Founder
J.D. spent nearly a decade in law enforcement, where he responded to traumatic scenes, critical incidents, and complex environments requiring sound judgment and attention to detail. Those experiences gave him a grounded understanding of what individuals face in the aftermath of crisis.
After leaving the law-enforcement world, J.D. redirected his work ethic and drive into entrepreneurship, launching 10-Eleven Nuisance Wildlife Control, a company he built from the ground up and continues to grow across multiple regions. Through that journey, he recognized a major gap in the biohazard, trauma, and decontamination industry—most options were large, corporate-style operations lacking the compassionate, small-company touch that people truly need during difficult moments.
Seeing an unserved niche, J.D. set out to build Triple R Decon with the same mission-driven mindset, high standards, and growth-focused vision that shaped his first successful company.
Britny Miller — Co-Founder
Britny is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with extensive background in patient care, infection control, bloodborne-pathogen protocols, and crisis-response support. Her medical experience gives her a clinical understanding of the risks, regulatory requirements, and safety measures involved in biohazard remediation. Equally important, she brings the compassion and steady presence that families often need when navigating traumatic events.
Her nursing mindset—care, caution, and dignity—directly influences the standard of service Triple R Decon provides.
